Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use the contact form on our website. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If the return is not due to a defect or our error, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover return shipping costs for items returned due to our fault.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must meet the same return eligibility requirements (unused, with tags, original packaging). Standard return shipping and any applicable restocking fees still apply.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
