How To Wear Them

Put them on like ordinary glasses. The silicone chamber should sit close to your brow and cheeks without pressing — a small gap for air exchange is normal, and by design.

Wear them as long as you like: morning coffee, screen work, evening TV. Many wearers keep them on all day.

Cleaning: pop the chamber out, rinse with mild soap and water, air-dry. Wipe the lenses with the included microfiber cloth only — paper towels and tissues wear down the anti-fog coating.
